The answer I am writing is applicable for any software/application installed on windows. Click on windows button and search for the application, in this case Chrome. Right click on application name and click on 'Open file location'. You will reach at location of the shortcut of that application. From direct messages to group conversations, Google Chat helps teams and businesses collaborate fluidly and efficiently from anywhere. Securely connect with anyone you work with, and take group.

Google Voice and Video Chat is a cool browser-plugin which allows you to make telephone and video conference calls from within your Gmail account.

The application integrates perfectly with Google's mail service and allows you to even make free calls to landlines in North America. In addition, you can also make calls via Google Plus with your contacts for free.

The video feature is fully optional and you can also opt to just use the VoIP voice-only feature.

Note that a Gmail account is required to take advantage of this free service from Google.
